Restricted seminar organized by the French Defence and Climate Observatory, led by IRIS on behalf of the Directorate General for International Relations and Strategy (DGRIS) of the French Ministry for the Armed Forces.

Held on the sidelines of the 81st United Nations General Assembly High-Level Week and New York Climate Week, the strategic dialogue brings together senior policymakers, United Nations officials, military leaders, researchers and experts to advance dialogue on climate, peace, security and multilateral cooperation.
